The Start of Summer at Pre-school

The summer term in Preschool is under way and the children have been very busy, growing, studying change, digging (again), painting (with unusual implements), exploring textures as well as role playing a new story about a special dragon!

After much searching we were able to find some frogs spawn and the children have loved studying the tadpoles

After painting the trugs last term, we finally got to dig in them.

We enjoy developing the children’s creativity by offering new techniques and experiences. Here they got to paint with balloons. They had so much fun watching the patterns the balloon made on their paper. And of course on them too!

After hearing the story of George and the Dragon during the preceding days, we were fortunate to experience some great weather and so took off down the field. The children fully embraced the story as the dragon was chased away and the princess rescued.
